PaySaxas is an EMI-licensed payment institution with complementary MSB and VASP/CASP registrations and license. We offer businesses multi-currency IBAN accounts, SEPA/SWIFT transfers, FX, and crypto on/off-ramp services.

The Account Executive will play a key role in identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities. This position is a quota-carrying sales role focused primarily on managing and converting inbound leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills across the full B2B sales cycle-qualification, discovery, pitching, and closing. While the core focus is on inbound sales, the ability and willingness to engage in targeted outreach, particularly when identifying strategic or high-value partners, is a strong plus. This includes proactive identification of prospects in priority verticals or markets where PaySaxas seeks to expand.

  • Work Experience Requirements

    • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure (EMIs, PSPs, payment processors, crypto).

    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., MRR, volume-based KPIs).

    • Experience in selling financial products or payment infrastructure to SMEs, platforms, and/or regulated financial institutions.

    • Solid understanding of IBANs, SEPA/SWIFT flows, FX, and/or crypto payment processes (on/off-ramp).

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented approach.

    • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

    • Previous experience with outreach and partnership development is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Responsibilities

    • Qualify and close inbound leads via consultative selling and tailored value propositions.

    • Achieve assigned sales quotas through consistent pipeline building, forecasting accuracy, and high conversion rates.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM (pipeline stage, revenue projections, key interactions).

    • Communicate the value of PaySaxas’ core services (IBAN accounts, FX, SEPA/SWIFT, crypto) based on client needs.

    • Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Compliance, Marketing, AMs) to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

    • Share structured client feedback to help optimize positioning and go-to-market efforts.
