The Account Executive will play a key role in identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities. This position is a quota-carrying sales role focused primarily on managing and converting inbound leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills across the full B2B sales cycle-qualification, discovery, pitching, and closing. While the core focus is on inbound sales, the ability and willingness to engage in targeted outreach, particularly when identifying strategic or high-value partners, is a strong plus. This includes proactive identification of prospects in priority verticals or markets where PaySaxas seeks to expand.
Work Experience Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure (EMIs, PSPs, payment processors, crypto).
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., MRR, volume-based KPIs).
Experience in selling financial products or payment infrastructure to SMEs, platforms, and/or regulated financial institutions.
